| Promise Deliverance and Possession |

"So the LORD gave Israel all the land of which He had sworn (promised) to give to their fathers and they took possession of it and dwelt in it. The LORD gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn (promised) to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them, the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass." Joshua 21:43-45.
Promises aren't realized by mere wishes of the mind but through purposeful actions. God has blessed you with many spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, Ephesians 1:3; but they must be made manifest in the earthly places for them to have any meaning to you. There are many promises in the Bible which naturally comes to you as a Christian, and there are some which are personally spoken to you by God, but somehow you may still fail to obtain them; and even when you do, you may not hold it long enough to derive joy and fulfillment from it. There are things you must do before they can come to pass and endure in your life. You don't stand in one place, arms outstretched, eyes closed, expecting God to drop the promise in your hand; you have to move. Action must be taken, some force must be exerted. Canaan wasn't brought to Egypt to be given to the children of Israel, they moved to where they could possess it. As it was with the patriarchs of old, so it is now; your profession must lead to Possession.
This Book: Promise, Deliverance and Possession: goes deep down to examine and bring to light the hidden aspects of possession of the promise. What a lot of people would prefer not to talk about, like what happens behind the scene before such benefits are made manifest. Many promises abound in the Bible for you, whatsoever may be your need; the Bible is awash with them. You can claim promises from His Word, confess and expect their manifestation; and you can receive directly from His mouth and confirmed in His Word. You will get there if He is the One who showed you there, and if He is the One taking you there. This book will help to deliver that promise to you. Though, this book is not that of prayer points, it is more of acquisition of knowledge for personal empowerment; I still included prayer points at the end for everything demands and deserves prayer: to make you possess what the Lord has promised you, make you free, and at the end become a vessel to be used by God. This I believe should be the power to be desired by every Christian. It is also a good material for studies in Christian Apologetics and Systematic Theology.
